{ Everything in your shop is sold, how can I purchase a weave? }

I do occasional shop updates with any weaves we've been working on and announce these in advance on my instagram. I also weave custom orders for larger weaves. Enquiries can be made via email to tanikarreed@gmail.com. = There is quite often a minimum lead time of two-four weeks or more on custom orders. I will update you on turn around times upon your enquiry.

 

{ How do I order something? }

Custom orders can be made via email to tanikarreed@gmail.com. I will be adding occasional shop updates with new items sold on a first interest, first served basis.

 

{ Do you wholesale? }

Sorry but no, all my weaves take a great deal of time so I only sell directly through my online shop.

 

{ May I post about your work on my blog or website? }

Yes! Go ahead. Just make sure you link and give credit for any and all photos where credit is due.

 

{ How will my weave be packaged? }

All weaves come delicately wrapped in cotton. I do not print receipts with your order.

 

{ What wood do you use for your weaves? }

I use found timber and wild wood from our local area. Expect imperfections in the timber as it is recycled. The imperfections are the timber's beauty; the more chipped, scratched, marked and old, the more beautiful.

 

{ Do you ship internationally? }

I mainly post larger weaves and wedding weaves within Australia due to the high postage costs of large packages and weight constraints (the antique objects and hardwood are quite heavy!). If you are overseas and interested in a wedding or larger weave, please email me to enquire about the additional postage costs. Bouquet weaves are available to ship internationally, postage is stated at checkout.

 

{ Is there a local stockist where I can view your work? }

I occasionally have weaves available for purchase or viewing at Restor'd Worthy Goods in Shellharbour, NSW.

 

{ I sent you an email and you haven't replied yet? }

My sincerest apologies. I receive a lot of emails and certainly do my best to respond in a timely order, however that does not always happen due to workload and family life. I currently have two toddlers at home so my days are quite full and responses can take a few days. Your patience is wonderfully, insanely appreciated!

I currently ship within Australia at a $10 flat rate. Some pieces are available for worldwide shipping at an additional cost [this will be specified in item description].

On finalising your order an email will be sent detailing what you have purchased from my shop.

Please check I have your correct postal address as items will be delivered to this address you have supplied. If you have left any additional details please ensure these are also accurate.

I will begin weaving orders once full payment has been recieved. Lead time will be supplied upon enquiry and when you can expect to receive your order. PRE-ORDERED pieces are dispatched within specified timeframe outlined in item description.

Items will be posted after payment is finalised.

I abide by Australia Posts packaging policies and therefore packs all items according to the standard policies of Australia Post.

I use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to post all domestic orders. Please allow 2-7 business days to dispatch orders once full payment has been finalised when order is completed and 3-4 business days to receive your items unless otherwise stated.

International post will use domestic air and international services via Australia Post. Please allow 3-10 business days to process orders and around 1-2 weeks to receive your items unless otherwise stated.

Larger and fragile goods will be shipped with a specialised courier service. For insurance information, please contact us at tanikarreed@gmail.com. Insurance is provided by the courier service of up to $1500.

The Reedsmith will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control. I do not refund shipping costs.

Sorry, I do not accept exchanges or returns. Once weaves leave my headquarters they become the purchaser's property and responsibility for their TLC. 

DEFECTIVE AND FAULTY PRODUCTS: If the item appears defective or faulty in any way, please contact me at tanikarreed@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. I am most likely to ask you to return the product so I can investigate further. Please note that damage caused to items in transit and imperfections in the timber do not come under this category.
